There are many steps we can take to ensure the service and products we provide is within ethical practice, meet hygiene standards, and most importantly, meet our customer's satisfaction.
All orders undergo two quality checks prior to shipping.
If your apparel doesn't pass one of the checks it will be delayed.
We prioritize completing your order correct the first time.
If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason, you'll be notified as soon as this is apparent and refunded to your original payment method within 24 hours of notification.
If you feel you have received a damaged or defective item, please visit our return portal and submit a ticket for damaged item.
